A fantastic shirt from an interesting period in Dylan's history. Dylan's album "Time Out of Mind" was released in 1997 as a critical success, and was hailed as the return of the great songwriter to prominence. Unfortunately, he fell sick with near fatal Histoplasmosis shortly after the completion of the album. The upcoming tour was cancelled and he spent much of the year in and out of the hospital.
This Shirt is from the first tour dates he had played in some time. All in Florida, where he had recorded the album. The back of the shirt shows the first 6 dates of what would be called the Never Ending Tour. A 5 leg, 117 show marathon throughout the US and Europe throughout 1999.
